AUTISM DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC
Early Detection is Key
Early detection and intervention is the best way to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities gain greater independence. Our team works collaboratively with the family to determine a diagnosis and our Clinic offers support to families and children of all ages who are seeking answers.
Why Begin Here?
The Autism Diagnostic Clinic provides a comprehensive evaluation to determine the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Led by Rachel Loftin, Ph.D. of Rush University Medical Center, the team is comprised of experienced and highly trained professionals, including a social worker, occupational therapist, speech-language therapist and psychologist.
This inclusive Clinic assists families in determining their child's specific needs related to their diagnosis. Families leave the Clinic with a diagnosis and initial treatment guidelines that most appropriately addresses the child’s abilities and challenges.
